Shop online worry-free, most items can be returned for a full refund!

  •  Items must be in their original, undamaged condition
  • Items must also be disassembled, if the items were originally delivered disassembled
  • RA home  is not responsible for shipping fees
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • RA home does not accept exchanges

        Simple steps for returns of large items:

        • Please email returns@robertallenhome.com to set up a return with our amazing customer service! We will send you all the info you need for a return.
        • Once the item is received in our warehouse we will inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
        • A refund will be processed after inspection (usually within 2-3 days of arrival at our warehouse).
        • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

        Simple steps for returns of small items:

        • Package up your item in its original packaging, if this is unavailable please use something similar!
        • Return your items through UPS, Fedex, or USPS, and email the tracking information to returns@robertallenhome.com.
        • Once the item is received in our warehouse we will inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
        • A refund will be processed after inspection (usually within 2-3 days of arrival at our warehouse).
        • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
